    • Avoid sunburn and dark tan lines, especially on your face, neck, and chest. Our makeup can’t cover strong redness or lines well.

A smooth, stress-free glam session starts with good preparation. Please take a moment to read the notes we’ve provided and share these with your bridal party — it makes all the difference on the day.
    • Wash your hair the night before, and do not add styling products especially leave-in conditioner. Blowdry your hair smooth. Most resorts have hairdryers; bring a good brush for a sleek look.

    • Remind your bridesmaids to do this too - they must arrive with clean, dry and preferably smooth hair. If we see one thing that goes wrong over & over, its bridesmaids turning up with unprepared hair!

    • One exception, for Blow-Dry Guests, please have them arrive with clean, wet hair on the day for the best results.

    • Ask your coordinator to deliver a bar stool to your room 30 minutes before your start time for easier makeup styling. This must be requested the day before or expect delays.

    • Arrange food and drinks to come to your room to keep you and your bridal party relaxed and avoid trips out of the room that could affect hair and makeup results. Please additionally consider refreshments for our team.

This is the most important part! Starting the day completely organised will make your session go so much more smoothly:

    • Ensure you're organized and prepared to start at your scheduled booking time. This includes having the room clean so we are able to set up easily.

    • Wear a shirt, robe, or strapless outfit that fastens in the front and has no bulky collar. This prevents your styled hair from being disturbed when it’s time to get dressed.

    • Ensure your face is clean and free of makeup. Apply both moisturizer and sunscreen ahead of time, giving them ample time to absorb fully without interfering with makeup application.

    • If you're planning to wear any hair accessories (veils, clips, etc.), have them ready so our team can incorporate them seamlessly into your style.

    • Remember - you are the most important! Brides usually have their hair and makeup services in the middle of the session timeline so we prefer you do not request to go last. This allows for final touch-ups and adjustments and plenty of time to get dressed and have photos. Feel free to discuss this with our team when they arrive.

And finally here are the last crucial tips …..

    • Please be sure to communicate your specific hair and makeup preferences clearly to our stylists on the day. Our team is dedicated to making you look and feel your best, and any feedback or adjustments are welcomed. Don’t hesitate to let us know if there’s anything you’d like altered—honest communication is key to achieving your ideal look.

    • To ensure complete satisfaction, we encourage you to share any concerns or requests for changes during your appointment. Our stylists are here to make adjustments on the spot, so you leave feeling fully confident and happy.

    • Any issues with your styling or makeup should be raised while the service is in progress, allowing us to resolve them to your satisfaction immediately. Complaints or adjustments requested after the service has ended are much harder to address effectively.

    • If you opted to skip a trial, please remember that it may take a bit more communication to achieve the look you have in mind, as this is our first time working together on your chosen style. Trials help align expectations, and without one, extra feedback on the day is especially helpful.

    • Your comfort and confidence are our top priorities, so please don’t feel uncomfortable speaking up! We aim to provide you with a service that not only meets but exceeds your expectations.

    • Your final look may differ from a reference photo for several reasons, including your unique face shape, features, skin tone, undertones, hair texture, and length. Often, reference images are heavily edited or photoshopped, which can create an idealized look that may not translate perfectly in real life. You might find a style you love in a photo, but it may not suit you as expected, or the hair and makeup artist may recommend adjustments to better complement your features. Please keep in mind that photos are a guideline only, and results will naturally vary for each individual.

    • Weddings often run to a tight schedule, so we kindly ask that you allow the appropriate time for your hair and makeup services and ensure you are ready at the scheduled start time. Our team works with multiple bookings each day, and staying on time helps us deliver the best possible experience for you and for all our clients

    • Your booking will typically conclude about an hour before the ceremony to give you time to get dressed and take pre-wedding photos. Photographers usually prefer that we finish and clear the space by this time. If you need any final touch-ups, please request them at the end of your session to avoid delays.

    • Consider discussing the timeline with your photographer in advance to ensure our times work with their schedule.

    • Be sure to review our Terms and Conditions regarding additional charges for any bookings that run over the scheduled time.

    • Make sure the bridesmaids and other members of the bridal party are also ready for their sessions on time to keep everything running smoothly and avoid delays.

    • Our tools and products are exclusively for use by our stylists and are reserved for our paying clients. We are unable to lend tools or provide products to guests or non-paying individuals. We kindly ask that you speak up for us if one of your group requests our products, to help us avoid an awkward situation. Thank you for your understanding.

    • Fiji's climate may differ significantly yours. Fiji is humid throughout the year, with particularly high humidity from November to April. Please consider this when selecting your hairstyle, as curls may not hold as well. If you are marrying outdoors, wind is also a factor to consider. We recommend booking a trial to gauge the longevity of your chosen look.
